Burn Your Brilliance:
One Talk. One Room. One Practice.
Human Wellbeing · Conscious Leadership · Ascending Performance
Growing companies carry real pressure — on leadership, on culture, on the people holding both together. Left unaddressed, that pressure shows up as conflict, turnover and decisions made from exhaustion instead of clarity. The Talk is a focused, sixty-minute session that gives your team a practical, repeatable way to work with pressure in real time — not a workshop that evaporates by Monday.
One engagement, three touchpoints.
Building toward one outcome: burning your brilliance for the benefit of all.
The company-wide experience60 minutes
A 60-minute talk plus 15 minutes of Q&A — story, reflection and practical participation, not a lecture. The whole company breathes, moves and reflects together, and leaves with one shared practice for regulating pressure in real time.
The executive team session90 minutes
Connecting the themes to your leadership team's own experience, workplace priorities and role in a healthy culture — creating space for leaders to:
- Speak candidly and be heard
- Name blind spots, pressures and boundaries directly, without judgment
- Turn unspoken friction into clearer communication and stronger alignment
The follow-up conversation30 minutes
Reflecting on the engagement and what went well — and whether a next step makes sense for your team.
Investment and scheduling are part of the conversation, not this page — that's what the first call is for.
Tending the Fire
The same four moves, every time — drilled first on a neutral example, then applied to a real situation the moment it matters.
Recognize
Become the witness. Observe body sensations, feelings, and arising thoughts without judgment.
Pause
Breathe, feel the body, and observe the gap between stimulus and response.
Decide
Ground in equanimity. Clarify the desired outcome and meet the moment with courage and clarity.
Respond
Communicate clearly, act in alignment, and stay centered through what follows.
One conversation opens the door to all three.
This is the shape of what's possible once the Talk has actually happened — each phase opening wider than the one before it.
The Talk
Where it begins. Sixty minutes, the whole company in the room, one practice everyone leaves with. The front door — nothing about what follows requires it, but everything about what follows starts here.
The Holistic Wellness Demo
A season-length container where the practice stops being a memory from one afternoon and becomes how the team actually works — a shared language for pressure and recovery that didn't exist before.
The Annual Program
Where regulation becomes infrastructure: leadership development, ongoing education, a standing practice of creative self-expression — with Direct Executive Advisement to the Founder or CEO available as its own private thread throughout.
Every phase after the Talk is shaped together, in conversation with your team.

“What kind of attention does my fire need today?”
I know what it's like to build something other people admire and quietly wonder why you're not enjoying it. While building my own company, I was a wildfire — in training at dawn, learning the skills I needed to grow, serving my own clients all day, marketing until midnight — and approaching burnout. Another season, after months spent holding space for others, I came home severely depleted. Those seasons taught me to ask a different question: what kind of attention does my fire need today? That's what I mean by burning your brilliance — the difference between a smoldering ember and an out-of-control wildfire, and a crystal-clear laser emanating from a star, capable of magnetically attracting all that's in alignment with you.
I call the underlying practice Blissipline: a devotion to caring for the life you've actually been given — sleep, nourishment, movement, mindfulness and real joy. When people tend to those foundations, they show up differently: more present, more energy to give. That's why this work matters to HR and leadership alike — not as a perk, but as the floor everything else stands on.
